Jubilee is based at Jubilee Farm, the first community-owned farm in Northern Ireland! As well as producing wonderful food, our This year Jubilee is offering free range pigs and seasonal vegboxes. Come to our monthly community volunteer days on the 4 th Saturday of each month except July and December , 2 — 5 pm. Volunteers are welcome Tuesdays and Thursdays — from 10 — 4 or for as long as you can stay. Contact Jeni for more information. From our May Day celebration to our Harvest Festival, we host events throughout the year so that our greater community can join in on life on the farm. Although we started after Winter Session last year, I feel like we have gotten a good feel for the various foods we will enjoy through your farm. Every time we got home from the farm, my son wanted to try all of the vegetables… We really want to raise our son to enjoy healthy foods and appreciate where our food comes from. We love the food cycle from early June to October, but for us the farm is more than produce. Our produce is available through our Community Supported Agriculture CSA subscription program, in which members support the farm by committing to purchase shares of its produce for a season. Each week during your CSA session, you pick up a share of nutritious veggies, grown with love by farmers you know.

Sponsored by the Dominican Sisters of Springfield, Illinois, Jubilee Farm is a acre center for ecology and spirituality located just west of Springfield, Illinois. Our programs and services, ministry of hospitality and gently rolling expanse of grassland provide a setting where individuals and groups can nurture their spiritual and emotional growth. Come walk the land or spend time in quiet retreat. Our walking trails, outdoor labyrinth, creek and ponds offer tranquil settings for reflection. Our vegetable gardens and orchard produce healthy, chemical-free foods and are complemented by our classes that teach holistic and sustainable ways of eating. We offer tours and programs for children and adults. Handmade pottery, fiber and woodworking items are for sale at our Creative Arts Center, which also has a large meeting space for groups.
