Welcome to the website of Christoph Huber-Huber. I am a cognitive scientist with an interdisciplinary background philosophy, psychology, neuroscience interested in attention and perception. In my current project, I investigate predictive aspects of trans-saccadic perception with combined MEG and eye-tracking. In particular, I want to find out how trans-saccadic perception is implemented in predictive processing networks with corresponding bottom-up and top-down processing streams. The goal of the project is to finally arrive at a better understanding of why the world appears stable despite the rhythmic interruption of visual perception by saccadic eye movements. In previous research, I have studied visual attention, saccadic eye movements, unconscious perception, and mind-wandering during visual search with behavioural methods, EEG, and MEG, usually in combination with eye-tracking. I still maintain an interest in the interdisciplinary study of human consciousness and I have a strong propensity to Bayesian ideas and Bayesian statistics. Site powered by Skeleton.

The interplay between economy and politics has always interested me and so I focused on macroeconomics, monetary policy and financial market theory during my Economics degree. During my studies, I was fascinated with the understanding of the big picture, and my interest in this is still unwavering. As an asset manager, I am now required to analyze these correlations, make the right investment decisions and ensure our clients understand everything. I am a partner who can offer clarity in the face of complexity, who can look far into the future by virtue of experience and technical competence. I don't see anywhere in your post where there is a complete commitment. Move on, but after thanksgiving. I also remember my father a stake president telling me the night before I got married that every single couple he had counseled through marriage struggles were not reading their scriptures or praying together every night.
